Bartosz Beda, LLC aim for all information, photographs and shipping information to be as accurate as possible. Therefore all sales are final, except in the case of damage.
Return of Damaged Artwork/Edition
If you notice damage upon unpacking your edition or artwork from Bartosz Beda, LLC, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the artwork with digital images of the damage. If we find that the edition or artwork was damaged in transit we will endeavor to replace it. If your painting or edition has been damaged, if able, make the courier aware upon receipt.
In the event that we are unable to replace the edition or artwork we will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork and corresponding Certificate of Authenticity (when applicable). You can contact us with any issues regarding your order.
Here’s how to return damaged artwork or edition:
- Find your order number by logging into your account on store.bartoszbeda.com or in the order confirmation email you got from store.bartoszbeda.com.
- Email us your confirmation order and pictures of damaged packaging and item,
- We will issue the return labels.
- Money will be refunded through PayPal.
