Description
In “Mirage 07” the yucca looms at the left edge, half out of frame, while a second form ghosts in at the right. The palette stays nocturnal: gray-black fronds over deep teal, with turquoise shapes pooling along the bottom like reflected light on water. Beda removes as much as he applies here. Passages are wiped, scraped down, and repainted, so the darks carry buried color — blue, green, a flash of white — that surfaces only in the scratches. Original oil on canvas, 16×12 inches (41×31 cm), 2026. Signed, with certificate of authenticity. Questions: info [at] bartoszbeda [dot] com
