Untitled 07

Description

Untitled 07 is part of Bartosz Beda’s Interiors series, a sustained meditation on the rooms we inhabit and the traces we leave in them. In oil on canvas, Beda lets architecture dissolve into gesture, so that walls, windows, and shadows become vessels for feeling rather than description.

Measuring 127 × 107 cm (50 × 42 in), the painting holds a quiet tension between presence and absence. Its worked surfaces and smoldering palette suggest a space still warm from someone who has just left — memory made visible in paint.
