Description
ABC of the Green I opens a two-part study in which Bartosz Beda reduces his painterly language to elemental forms and a dominant green palette. The painting reads like a primer: each mark functions as a letter in an alphabet of color and gesture, inviting viewers to learn how to read a canvas that speaks in fragments.
Thick impasto sits against smooth, thinly painted grounds, and the contrast between the two gives the composition its rhythm. As part of the Disinformation series, the work suggests that even the simplest visual statements can carry hidden layers of meaning, and that color itself can be a form of persuasion.
