Description
“Mirage 10” is split in two. On the left, a black-brown yucca stands in darkness flecked with red and green. On the right, the same desert turns day-glo: vivid green yuccas on acid yellow-green ground under a blue band. A diagonal seam divides night from day. It is the most confrontational painting in the series — two versions of the same place that refuse to reconcile. The panels are worked separately and joined, their edges left honest. Original oil on canvas, 48×72 inches (122×183 cm), 2026. Signed, with certificate of authenticity. Questions: info [at] bartoszbeda [dot] com
