Description
Owing to the Absence 30 is an original ink-on-paper work from Bartosz Beda’s Owing to the Absence series (2022–23). At the center of the 41 × 39 cm (16 × 15.6 in) sheet, a circular form gathers gestural black ink into a quiet, self-contained presence — complete yet unresolved, echoing the series’ meditation on what remains when something is gone.
Expressive marks pull inward and radiate outward at once, layered from deep black to soft, diluted gray. This is a one-of-a-kind artwork; only one is available.
