Triggers 03

Description

Triggers 03 (2020) is an original 36 x 28 cm (14 x 11 in) work on paper from Bartosz Beda’s Triggers series, made with acrylic, charcoal and gesso. On this smaller scale the gestures turn inward: smudged charcoal grounds hold flashes of acrylic colour, and the gesso surface catches the light between layers.

The piece feels like a held breath — dense, watchful, and charged with the tension of something about to happen. A quiet but insistent work from the heart of the series.
