[1] His family’s history is marked by significant historical events; his great-grandfather escaped the Imperial Russian Army before the 1917 revolution and settled in Łódź. Additionally, his great-aunt, Antoni Beda, a Captain in the Polish Airforce, fled Poland during the early days of World War II to train pilots and fought in the Battle of England. Due to the political climate, his parents kept the family’s history hidden during the Communist era to avoid persecution.
In 1989, Beda’s family moved to Nurzec Stacja, a small village in northern Poland near the Belarusian border. This rural environment greatly influenced his character during childhood, as he spent his early years immersed in nature. Beda’s mother, a devout Catholic, ensured he attended church, where he became an altar boy, further shaping his formative years. The family later returned to Łódź in 1994 due to financial reasons.
